We are a women’s handbag company focuses on the middle-end women’s handbag market in the PRC. We primarily design, promote and sell women’s handbags, small leather goods and travel goods, including handle bags, clutch bags, wallets, coin cases, card holders and suitcases, in the PRC. Our brand portfolio comprises two brands, namely (i) ELLE, our licensed brand; and (ii) Jessie & Jane, our own brand. Each brand is tailored to the preferences of consumers in varying age groups.

Since the establishment of our office in the PRC in 2005, we have built our offline sales network in first and second tier cities in the PRC. We also sell our products on a wholesale basis to third party retailers, who then sell them to end customers through their retail points, which include retail stores within shopping malls and sales counters in department stores.
