We are the sole and exclusive licensee to use the ELLE brand on or in connection with the distribution and sale of women’s handbags, luggage and travel bags in the PRC. We entered into a licence agreement in connection with our sale of products (covering women’s handbags, luggage and travel bags) under the ELLE brand in the PRC.
We were first granted the exclusive right to use the ELLE brand in the PRC in January 2006. We were granted the rights to use the ELLE trademark and logo in connection with women’s handbags and small leather goods.
